- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't use them simply put! Very unprofessional and it will cost you in the long run . They just want to make a sale and don't care how they do it and who they can roll over. They cost me over 7000 dollars on the sale of my house because they don't know how to write up a contract and the buyer had a sharper agent.who actually told me after I sold my house that I had made a mistake using them . I will learn from my mistakes and it will cost them in the long run for I have had my friends call me from my old development who I used and told them to stay away . So please take this as sound advice and don't use them. They should have their RealestAte license revoked . It's just too bad that I have to give the one star they don't deserve that.
